Same issue. Axl Rose has finally dropped his 17-years-in-the-making Chinese Democracy this past week, much to the chagrin of Dr. Pepper.

Basically, this is what has happened. Axl Rose snuck into the CD manufacturing plant during the night one night, climbed up on top of the CD pressing machine and took a big steamy shit on the part of the machine that imparts the recorded binary code on the surface of the disc. Not just the laser, but the entire apparatus, including the mechanized, robotic arm and the laser on the end of it.

In dropping said steamer, he ensured that every copy of the new Guns and Roses album would have a little bit of shit on it. I can't imagine how my luck steered me this way, but I seem to have gotten the one with most of the shit on it.

They can't all sound this bad. Did anyone get a copy of the CD with the good songs on it?
